Instant certificate verification

Every certificate carries a unique ID and a QR code. Scan it or type the ID and the record confirms itself: participant, course, statutory hours, completion date, and issuing provider. Free, permanent, and no login, because a clerk should not need credentials to check a document a parent handed them.

Your own link. Send it to a client or order it in a case, and your dashboard shows where each referred parent stands: enrolled, in progress, module count, seat time logged, certificate issued. No more calling a provider to ask whether somebody started.

• Status is visible only where the parent consents at enrollment. Consent is per professional and the parent can withdraw it, which is what makes this usable in an adversarial case.
• Without consent you still get what the court is entitled to: whether a certificate exists, and its verification record.
• Course answers, quiz responses, and written reflections are never shared. Ever.

• Backed by an append-only progress ledger, so a completion affidavit is reconstructed from recorded events rather than asserted.
• Seat time counts only while the parent is actually present in the lesson, which is what makes the statutory minimum mean something.
• Aggregate reporting by default. Individual records only where a parent consented or a court ordered it.
